Attention scrapbookers!!!

I have another "hat" I've added to my mix of "hats" I wear. Designer.
Over a year ago my sister in law Bradi asked if I would be interested in designing scrapbook supplies on a site she has been working on for quite some time. I didn't have to think twice. YES! So for those of you who love to scrapbook but don't have the time to pull everything out for hours at a time, here is a simple solution. DITIGAL. If you have photoshop, your scrapbook dreams have come true! Bradi has designed software that all you have to do is buy our templates and simply DROP your pictures into the desired slot, and presto! Your page is made. Send it to print and you're caught up on scrap booking! Make it one of your New Years solutions to get caught up on scrap booking - click below and let 2011 be the year your scrap book is current.

Lately

I've not been the best blogger lately. So here is a little tid bit of what we've been doing in the month of October.
Garrett ran the marathon. I'm so proud of him. I still have no desire to run that far, but I'll be his cheerleader.
My office also volunteered at the marathon. Every year we had out wet cold towels to the runners at the last mile.

October was breast cancer awareness month. My office was a sponsor for the zumba benefit fundraiser.
We went and shook or tail feathers till we "glistened" with sweat.....

Our TEAM a.k.a. Plumb Dental went to lunch and then went and had a mani/pedi
Please look closely at my toes - they are the ones with polka dots.
Lady says "You wan polka dot, zebra stripe, flowa? It extra"
I say "Sure little polka dots would be cute."
Lady says "Yella or gween?"
I say "Oh can I have white?"
Lady says "No, white change colla. It not good. Yella or gween?"
If I have to choose, guess its' gonna be yellow.
WOW. Big mistake. Good thing we like the Vikings cause my toes are supporting our team. They also look like Dinosaur eggs or something. Good thing I paid extra for these beauties. As she finshed she said "Happy Hal-ween righ?"

Happy Halloween it was. We had a lot of fun. Garrett was off playing cowboy - moving cows to the wintering grounds.
I went and saw all the kiddos in their costumes, then went to my parents house for their annual Halloween Bash.
Every year their neighbor spends DAYS getting a haunted house set up. They have a line that goes all the way down the block and people come from all over. My parents set up a huge food spread for everyone to come chow down after they get scared. It's a lot of fun. My mom figured that she went through HUNDREDS, yes HUNDREDS of hamburgers and hot dogs.
That is what has been happenings with the Frei's Lately.

Dear Job, I Love You

This is only half of the fun crew I work with each day. Three dentists, two hygienists, a bunch of great assistants, and my GIRLS up front. I have worked in the dental field for six years and love it. One of the annual activities my office does is volunteer at the marathon. We have nice cold towels one mile before the finish line and cheer on the runners. We get the volunteer shirts and the day before the marathon we wear the shirts to work. Since we were closed this Friday, we wore our shirts today. I don't know what I was more excited about - volunteering, or getting to wear JEANS to work. We had such a fun day. This is just one of the many fun things we do at our office. If I have to be a grown up, at least I get to enjoy what I do.

Spontaneous Us...Strikes Again!

Remember that one time how we were going to Vegas for the day?
But then ended up driving straight through and headed to Cali with nothing but the clothes on our back?
This time was a "little" different. More like booked a flight Thursday night, hopped on the plane 10 hours later Friday morning, arrived in Maui 11:00 a.m. Hawaii time, played Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, hitched a redeye Monday and back to work Tuesday morning!!!
100 % credit of which goes to my incredible husband Garrett. He did it all. All he told me was we were going away and to pack a bag. It took me the whole first day to be like, holy cow, we're really here.
The Resort
The View
The Adventures
We had a fun filled weekend and Garrett has decided this is the only way to travel. No counting down for vacation or waiting for it to get here. Just book a flight and go! haha. If only life we're so available to do so. Guess we gotta do it while we can though right?

Long Live KFR

Annual Lake Powell trip was quite the memorable one. This trip the boys were..... "Inventive."
Saturday after everyone took their turn surfing, they decided the would try tandum. Both of them rode the surf board - together. Cute. :)
Sunday we don't go in the water so this is where their creative skills were put to the ultimate test. Ping pong - lake powell style. After a late trip to Wal Mart Saturday night, they were set for a ping pong tourney. They used the two tables as their table, used a sleeping mat as the middle, and lined the entire upper deck with the sleeping mats so we didn't lose any balls. Definitely one for the books.

GoOoOo DiXiE!!

It seems like not that long ago I myself was at cheer camp. Staying in doorms, sharing a room with another rah rah, sleeping on a tiny twin bed, sharing nasty bathrooms, cheering 8 hours a day in the sun, drinking water our of a hose, ah the good ole days. Clearly times have changed. Now cheer camp consists of JW Marriott hotels, plush beds, giant showers, indoor ballrooms for 8 hours a day, ice cold water and a buffet.
We saw some cheerleaders out one night doing sophomore initiation and they we're cute and they we're like "Sorry, it's initiation!" When we said oh we have been there, done that....it's sad when that was TEN YEARS ago!!! Wow. Where does the time go? It was fun to be able to help out at cheer camp, the girls we're darling and fun to be around. Reliving my glory days! Yeehaw!

Daddy, I love you

Father's Day was a family packed day. We left Lake Powell early so we could come home and spend the day with our dad's. (Sorry Ken, we forgot to take a pic with you) Can't forget to mention Ken, Garrett's step dad - we love you Ken!
Our dad's (all three of them) are some of the most amazing men we know all in their own way.
I love my mom but I have always been Daddy's Girl. My dad pretty much rocks and I get teary eyed talking about how much I love him.
To our dads, we love you.
And to Garrett, someday you are going to make one heck of a daddy. Can't wait until that day happens for us. I love you.
